Our Approach

Our Approach

When it comes to the initial development (or renovation) of a website, we insist on meeting with the client (in person or over the internet) to gather information about what the purpose of the client's website will be for their company or organization. During this interview, we will provide suggestions based on our experiences as to what are great practices to consider, and what may be considered to be misconceptions about Internet marketing.

Many clients we meet with understand the importance of having a web presence, yet there are so many development companies and so many different approaches to have a website that sometimes the original thought is lost as to "Why we need to be on the web".

Our Approach is simple and we strive to keep it simple. We focus on, "Why do you want to be on the Internet?" and "What do you want to accomplish with your website?"

Our Philosophy

Very simply put, we want to work for you. DNS Technology Consultants and developers adopt the philosophy of more than just, "The client is always right", that is a given, our philosophy is, "We want to be your Internet Marketing employee".

This is how we approach a project and treat our clients after the site is up. The job is not done until the client is 100% satisfied. We work for you.

Our Guarantees

For any development project, we will not bill you until you are 100% satisfied with the job. We will continue to make changes to your project until you are happy with its functions or appearance. Even after billing, you will have 30 days to request changes made to your site at no additional charge.

DNS Technology Consultants, Inc. not only backs the development work, but we also back any other services offered by the company. During the fall of 2007, DNS Technology Consultants, Inc. marked yet another milestone in our business. We purchased our own Internet servers and now have full control over the hosting that we offer our clients. This means that we do not deal with any third party vendors when it comes to management and control of the server that houses your website or e-mail.
